US first lady arrives at Stansted airport on Tuesday June 16,2015 with her mother and two
daughters to promote her campaigns for girls’ education and support for
military families

Michelle Obama was greeted by US military families as she stepped off the plane at Stansted airport this evening, followed by her mother and two daughters.
She is visiting Britain to discuss her campaigns for girls’ education and better support for military families.
On Tuesday June 16,2015, Obama is due to meet Prince Harry and have tea at Downing street with David and Samantha Cameron. She will also host an event at the Mulberry school for girls in Tower Hamlets in east London to discuss joint work between America and Britain to boost education for adolescent girls across the world through the Let Girls Learn initiative, championed by her and her husband.

On the first full day of a visit to Britain the US First Lady met with local students in east London and discussed how Britain and the US are working together in order to attempt to expand access to adolescent girls' education around the world. While in London, the First Lady will also host a roundtable meeting on Let Girls Learn, and meet with British Prime Minister Cameron, Samatha Cameron, and Prince Harry
