Blues skies and ocean in Dominica where the West Indies trail Australia by 145 runs at stumps on day two

Adam Voges's century on debut surpassed Zimbabwe's Dave Houghton (35y 117d)Vs India in 1992.

For Australia, it was a day to celebrate the achievement of Voges, who at 35 replaced Zimbabwe's David Houghton as Test cricket's oldest debut centurion

Patience is no problem for  Adam Voges - he has had to wait 160 first-class matches for this opportunity - and he displayed impressive concentration throughout this innings, bringing up his hundred from his 187th delivery.

Adam Voges made his belated Test debut a memorable occasion with a composed, unbeaten hundred which put Australia in command at stumps on the second day of the first Test against West Indies in Dominica on Thursday June 04,2015
Adam Voges's 130*(247 Balls with 4x13 and6x1)proved the cornerstone of Australia's revival to 318 all out in their first innings at the Windsor Park Stadium after leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo had reduced them to 126 for six in mid-afternoon replying to the home side's first day total of 148.

Australia were wobbling and they were in big trouble when Bishoo removed Haddin with the score on 126 for six. There were echoes of Shane Warne's dismissal of Mike Gatting 22 years ago as the leggie got one to spit and turn as one pitching on leg removed Haddin's off stump.
At the other end, Voges was going along nicely as both he and Mitchell Johnson moved the Australians past the Windies' total in the 55th over.

Scorecard
West Indies 148 and 25/2 in 11 Overs with Darren Bravo 03* and Shane Dowrich 01*at the crease
Australia - 318/10 in 107 Overs
