Lucie Safarova(Czech Republic) and and Bethanie Mattek-Sands(USA) won the women's doubles title defeating Casey Dellacqua and Yaroslava Shvedova 3-6 6-4 6-2 on Sunday
It was their second successive major title following success at the Australian Open in January 2015 American Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Lucie Safarova of the Czech Republic won the Australian Open women's doubles title in their first tournament as a combination, beating Chan Yung-jan of Taiwan and China's Zheng Jie 6-4, 7-6 (5)
