Frieswal, the cow that can produce 5,000 litres of milk
In an attempt to enhance milk production in India, Central Institute
For Research on Cattle has invented a cross breeding technique through
which they can yield milk in huge amount.
Frieswal, the crossbred cattle is targetted to yield
around 5000 litres of milk in its 1st lactation that comprises the
period of 270 days.
Frieswal cattle is the product of the cross breed between Sahiwal cattle and domestic cattle.
