The Wanted singer fought off competition from rival stars Kellie Bright and Georgia May Foote on Saturday night Dec 19,2015's final of the BBC ballroom dancing show
 Opening act: Despite sitting at the bottom of the leader's board following his three dances, the 25-year-old hitmaker managed to bring home the glitter ball trophy 
Stunning: Dancing to The Who's 1965 hit My Generation, Jay performed a fantastic rendition of the Quickstep
 Sensational skills: Against all odds however, the public voted in favour of Jay - much to the joy of both him and Aliona 
Not the greatest: The next set for the dancers was the 'Show Dance' where Jay and Aliona put on an impressive performance to a jazzy version of The Weeknd's hit I Can't Feel My Face 
Disappointing: After the moves, the deflated judges awarded the duo 35 points
