National Health Profile (NHP)-2015

Union Health and Family Welfare Minister J P Nadda, released the National Health Profile (NHP)-2015 prepared by the Central Bureau of Health Intelligence (CBHI)in New Delhi on Tuesday Sep 22,2015

The CBHI has been publishing National Health Profile every year since 2005. This is the 11th edition.

The E-book (digital version) of the annual document, which has been prepared for the first time, was also released.

The NHP highlights substantial health information under 6 major indicators - 

• Demographic
• Socio-Economic
• Employment
• Housing and Amenities
• Drinking Water and 
• Sanitation and Health Status.
