Madonna shares sexy black-and-white flashback picture of her with ex-husband Sean Penn

 

Madonna is said to have considered Sean Penn 'the love of her life' and she hasn't forgotten him or his birthday for that matter.

The Material Girl went back a few decades and posted the sexiest Friday Flashback picture probably ever seen.

The photo was taken at a benefit in 1988 by legendary photographer Herb Ritts and showed a platinum blonde Madonna getting a kiss on the cheek from Sean.
