BJP leader Pema Khandu will take oath as the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh on May 29.

BJP emerged as the single largest party in Arunachal Pradesh by winning 41 out of 60 Assembly seats securing 50.9% vote share

Assembly elections were held only for 57 seats since 3 seats won by BJP unopposed

Janata Dal-United (JDU) won 7 seats, while Congress and National People`s Party (NPP) could manage to win only 4 seats each.
