Delhi Daredevils sign Dhawan in exchange for 3 players from Sun Risers
Shikhar Dhawan has returned to Delhi Daredevils after a decade. Dhawan had played for the Daredevils in the first edition of the IPL in 2008 before moving to Mumbai Indians for the next two seasons
He was then signed up by the Deccan Chargers - over the last few years, he was a prolific run-scorer for SunRisers Hyderabad.
- Shikhar Dhawan played the first season of IPL for Delhi Daredevils
- Dhawan scored 340 runs in 14 matches for DD in 2008
- After that, he has played for Mumbai Indians, Deccan Chargers and Sunrisers Hyderabad
Sunrisers swapped Dhawan for Vijay Shankar, Shahbaz Nadeem and Abhishek Sharma with Delhi.
