What is HIV and how is it different from AIDS?

1)HIV is the acronym for human immunodeficiency virus, and responsible for the slow degeneration of the immune system.

2)It makes the victim more prone to infections, which ultimately can be fatal.

3)AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.

 4)It is the terminal stage of the HIV infection
