Julia Roberts first graced their cover 26 years ago, a year after shooting to fame in Pretty Woman at the age of 22.
And now Julia Roberts has another accolade to add to her many, as People Magazine name the Oscar winner their World's Most Beautiful cover star for a record fifth time.
The 49-year-old actress has previously claimed the cover spot in 2010, 2005, 2000 and 1991, and joked in her accompanying interview that she was keen to boast about the achievement to her good pal George Clooney.
