London Terror Attack - Eiffel Tower lights are switched off in 'solidarity' with London terror attack as Big Ben lights up red to mark the attack

World leaders have offered their condolences and expressed support for Britain after the devastating terror attack in London on Wednesday March 22,2017

In the capital itself, towering over where the attack took place, the Queen Elizabeth clock tower, known as Big Ben, was lit up in red to honour the victims.



The lights of the Eiffel Tower were turned off at midnight in solidarity with the victims of Wednesday's horrific events.




Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo said in a statement that her city shares with London 'a common love of freedom and an attachment to democracy'.

The building of the city hall in Tel Aviv's Rabin square in Israel is illuminated in solidarity with Britain
