Lava International Limited announced the launch of ‘Z Series’ of smartphones – Z25 and Z10. These smartphones mark the entry of Lava in the premium smartphone category.
Lava Z25 sports a fingerprint sensor which lets users unlock the phone in 0.16 seconds. Priced at Rs 18,000 and Rs 11,500 respectively, Lava Z25 and Lava Z10 will be available in select retail stores in Delhi from March 23, 2017. The phones will be available in other cities in a few weeks’ time.

Lava Z25 sports a series 5 metal back cover with chrome edges and a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved HD IPS Display. The phone carries an 8-megapixel Selfie camera equipped with spotlight flash. It is powered by a 3020 mAh ATL battery with features like 'Power Saver mode' and ‘Super Power Saver mode’.
Lava Z25 comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony Exmor RSTM and F2.0 wide-aperture which allows 20 percent more light for low light conditions. The rear camera also supports ‘Bokeh Mode’ feature to make objects stand out from the background.
Lava Z25 runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 operating system, with Star OS 3.3 interface. Other features include Smart Gestures, OTG support and 3 Point Touch that lets users take a screen shot by swiping down the screen with three fingers.
The smartphone is powered by an Octa-Core processor and is supported by 4GB RAM along with a 32GB internal storage.

Lava Z10 comes with an 8-megapixel primary camera with F2.0 aperture and a 5-meapixel selfie camera with Spotlight Flash. Additional features include Bokeh Effect and Night Pro Mode for low-light photography.
It sports the same Series 5 metal back cover design with a 5-inch 2.5D curved HD IPS display. The smartphone is powered by a 2620 mAh ATL battery with 'Power Saver mode' and ‘Super Power Saver mode’.
Lava Z10 runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 OS with Star OS 3.3 interface. Other features like Smart Gestures, OTG support and 3 Point Touch are also included.
It is powered by Quad-Core processor and is supported by 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage.
Both the Dual Sim devices come equipped the latest multilingual keyboard that supports 11 Indian Languages.
Lava Z25 will be available in Champagne Gold and Grey while Lava Z10 in Gold colour variant.
The smartphones also offer manufacturer’s warranty for a year along with 6 months warranty for the in-box accessories which include battery, headset, charger, and a USB Cable.
Additionally, the customers will be entitled to avail a one-time mobile screen replacement on the purchase of the smartphones which will be applicable till one year of the purchase.
The smartphones also come with a ’30 Day Replacement Policy’ where consumers will get a replacement with new device in case of any hardware damage within a span of 30 days of purchase.
