Road accidents most dangerous for India’s school kids

In 1997 the Supreme Court laid down strict guidelines for school bus operations across the country to minimise risk to lives of school children. 

But a lax attitude has resulted in several fatalities, and road accidents are the leading cause of unnatural deaths among children under 14 years old.
