LG V20,the First Android Nougat Phone With Dual Display, Dual Rear Cameras Launched


LG finally took the wraps off its V20 smartphone - the first phone to come powered with the newest Android Nougat out-of-the-box operating system.

The LG V20 successor to the V10 features a 5.7-inch QHD display offering 2560 x 1440 resolution with a secondary, always-on IPS display.

At its heart is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB internal storage.

Users can further boost the storage to up to 2TB via microSD card.

The LG V20 boasts of a dual rear camera module with a 16 megapixel (f/1.8) and an 8 megapixel(f/2.4) wide angle sensor.

The phone further includes a 5 megapixel wide angle front sensor.

Other features of the Android Nougat phone include fingerprint scanner, HD audio recorder, and 32-bit Quad DAC setup for sharper audio output.

It draws its juice from a 3200mAh removable battery and comes with USB Type-C support.

Connectivity options include LTE support, Bluetooth, WiFi, and NFC.

The phone is available in three colour choices of Titan, Silver, and Pink.

The LG V20 will be available in Korea starting this month followed by other regions.

 Launch dates and availability of the phone in other markets will be announced locally in the coming weeks.
