AC Milan Goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma becomes the yougest footballer to join the Italian National Team in the last 105 years at 17 years,6months and 12 days,therby,breaking the record of retired Inter Milan Defender Giusepp Bergome,who was called up in 1983 at  18 years and 3 months

The youngest-ever player called up by Italy was Rodolfo Giovannelli, who joined his national team at the age of 16 years, 3 months and 8 days in 1910.
