Sony India on Monday May 30,2016 unveiled its all-new smartphones - the Xperia X and Xperia XA - under the X series.
The Xperia X is priced at Rs 48,990 and will be available in the country from June 7.
The Xperia XA, on the other hand, carries a price tag of Rs 20,990 and will go on sale from the third week of June
Talking about the specs, the Sony Xperia X has a 5-inch full HD display, 13 megapixel front camera, 23 megapixel rear camera, 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 hexa-core processor paired with 3 GB of RAM.
The phone has an internal storage of 32 GB and supports a microSD card of up to 200 GB.
The Xperia XA, on the other hand, features a 5-inch 720p display, 8 megapixel front camera, 13 megapixel rear camera, 64-bit MediaTel helio P10 octa-core processor couple with 2 GB of RAM. The phone has 16 GB of onbaord storage, with an option to expand the memory up to 200 GB.
Both the phones will be available in four colour options - White, Graphite Black, Lime Gold and Rose Gold.
They have have dual SIM capabilities and are capable to support 4G network.
Buyers can pre-book the Xperia X at all authorised Sony mobile dealers and online exclusively on Amazon from 4 pm onwards starting May 30,2016
Both the Xperia X and XA will be available in all Sony Centre, Xperia flagship stores, leading mobile and electronic stores, and online through Amazon.
