Avocado is good for eyes as it contains rich source of carotenoid
lutein, which helps protect against the age-related macular degeneration
and cataracts.

Because of the high level of folate in avacado, it protects against
stroke. It is shown that individuals who ate a diet rich in folate had a
lower risk of stroke than those who did not.

The avocado oil is good for skin and added in many cosmetics because of its ability to nourish the skin.
