Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Raids Viswa Bharati University Over Alleged Irregularities by Ex-VC Tuesday May 24,2016

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday May 24,2016 carried out searches at the prestigious Viswa Bharati University in Santiniketan in connection with alleged irregularities committed by a former Vice-Chancellor.

CBI sources said searches started at seven places on Tuesday May 24,2016 after the agency registered a case on a reference received from the Central government in this regard.
