Mitchell McClenaghan 3/17(3 Overs)Stars as New Zealand Beat Australia by 8 Runs in a Thriller


New Zealand made one change to their side, bringing in the fast bowler Mitchell McClenghan to replace the spinner Nathan 
McCullum. McClenaghan duly took 3/17(3 Overs) and played a significant role in derailing Australia's innings.


Chasing 142/8, Usman Khawaja gave Australia a fast start but his run-out, combined with some wonderful bowling from Ish Sodhi and Mitchell Santner choked Australia. In the end, New Zealand won by eight runs to ensure they stayed on top of the table.


Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson gave New Zealand a fast start as the openers scored 58/0 in 6 Overs - Martin Guptill(37)and Kane Williamson(21)
