10 Centuries for Quinton de Kock in ODIs, in just 55 innings and at the age of 23 years and 54 days. He is the quickest as well as the youngest batsman to score 10 ODI centuries. The record for fewest innings to 10 ODI centuries was previously held by his opening partner, Hashim Amla, who got there in 57 innings, while the youngest before de Kock was Virat Kohli (23 years and 129 days).

Quinton de Kock and Hasim Amla scored 239 Runs for the 1st wicket - South Africa's highest stand for any wicket when batting second  surpassing the 206-run stand between de Villiers and Faf du Plessis against Australia in  Harare in 2014

Quinton de kock's last six scores have read 103, 43, 109, 138*, 22 and 135. In 55 matches, he has scored five fifties and 10 centuries

Quinton de Kock is the  7th South African batsman to hit 10 centuries or more in ODIs. AB de Villiers leads the list with 23 centuries in 193 matches, followed by Amla, Herschelle Gibbs, Jacques Kallis, Gary Kirsten and Graeme Smith

There were no previous instances of both openers scoring 125 or more for a side in an ODI while chasing. Quinton de Kock's 135 and Hashim Amla's 127 produced the first such instance. The nearest that any opening pair got to this was when Virender Sehwag made 126 and Sourav Ganguly 117 not out against England in Colombo in the 2002 Champions Trophy  

Joe Root's  125(113 Balls 4x13 and 6x5)was the highestfor England against South Africa in ODIs. The previous best was 116 by Kevin Pietersen, also in Centurion, in 2004-05
