Steve Irwin's daughter Bindi Wins America's Dancing With The Stars Tuesday Nov 24,2015

 
There were tears of joy for Steve Irwin's daughter Bindi as she won America's Dancing With The Stars - nine years after her father's tragic death.
 His and her trophies: Bindi cradled her Mirrorball Trophy alongside six-time winner Derek, as she yelled, 'Oh my God!' - before he threw in, 'It's heavy, isn't it?'
The 17-year-old Australian had already been pegged as the favorite among fans and judges for most of season 21 of the hit show.

And the hype proved to be entirely justified when she was crowned champion after performing a series of dances with her pro partner Derek Hough that astounded everyone, after an emotional freestyle which paid tribute to her late father, Steve.

The victory came after a teary Bindi praised her father, known globally for his wildlife show 'The Crocodile Hunter'. He was killed at the age of 44 after being struck by a stingray barb to the heart in Queensland, Australia in 2006.

Bindi and Derek's final dance of the evening was the Cha Cha/Argentine Tango to All The Way by Time Flies which garnered them high praise
Up you go: The intricate performance featured some pretty impressive lifts which impressed the judges 
A-plus moment: Bindi, who pledged that 'this last day is going to be celebration,' nailed the move after crediting Derek for 'changing her life'
Amazing moment: Bindi and Derek's final dance of the evening was the Cha Cha/Argentine Tango to All The Way by Time Flies which garnered them high praise  
Fancy footwork: Bindi kept smiling as she prepared to swing to the other side during one of her routines, with that permanent smile on her face  
They nailed it: Derek and Bindi seemed to know they were doing splendidly as they made their moves 
Winning combination: It certainly helped Bindi to have a reigning DWTS champion as her partner as she showed off all the things she had learned  
Fluid and graceful: Derek hurled Bindi back in an impressive dip as the audience gave the pair a standing ovation
