closely-fought contests to take home the men’s and women’s elite titles
respectively at the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon on Sunday.
Ethiopia's
Birhanu Legese(21) taking part in his maiden Delhi Marathon, fell short of the
course record by 14 seconds with a winning time and personal best of
59:20s.
Kenya’s Cynthia Limo, who outpaced her compatriots Helah Kiprop and Gladys Chesire in the last 200 metres, clocked 1:08:35s
