Former Virginia Sen. Jim Webb (69)announces he will drop out of the Democratic race for president, Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015, during a news conference at the National Press Club in Washington

Jim Webb, far behind in polls among Democratic presidential candidates, Tuesday said he is withdrawing from the race for the Democratic presidential nomination.
