Alexis Tsipras took a civil oath “to uphold the constitution and laws” of the
country, and is expected to name a coalition government by Wednesday Sep 23,2015 to
begin applying the terms of the tough EU bailout he signed onto in July 2015
Alexis Tspiras will again partner up in government with the nationalist Independent
Greeks party, his coalition allies in the previous government, but the
two parties this time round will have a reduced parliamentary majority
of 155 MPs in the 300-seat chamber
