has decided to form a Third Front with the Samajwadi Janata Dal (SJD), the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), and the National People’s Party (NPP) for the upcoming Bihar elections.

general secretary Ram Gopal Yadav on Thursday Sep 17,2015 said the front would
contest all 243 seats in Bihar even if it would damage the non-Bharatiya
Janata Party (BJP) alliance of the Congress, the Janata Dal (United)
and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), known as Maha-Gathbandhan.
