'Thala' Ajith completes 23 years in film industry Monday August 03,2015

 

Ajith made his debut in Telugu films with "Prema Pustakam" in 1992

Ajith has acted as a co-artist in Ilayathalapathy Vijay's "Rajavin Parvaiyile", which is the only movie in which the two stars acted together

Ajith's major break came in the form of Vasanth's "Aasai"(1995) which was produced by Mani Ratnam. His next hit film was "Kadhal Kottai"(1996). Following this movie, his journey to stardom kick-started with a lot of ups and downs.

In the coming years, Ajith delivered hits like "Kadhal Mannan", "Vaali", "Amarakalam", "Kandukondain Kandukondain", "Dheena", "Attagasam", "Varalaaru", "Billa" and "Mankatha". These successful films established him as a star in Kollywood.
