Narendra Modi, Amit Shah to jointly address election rally in Gaya,Bihar Sunday August 09,2015


Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah will jointly address an election rally in Gaya district of Bihar on Sunday.

 This is Narendra Modi's second visit to Bihar within a span of just 20 days after becoming the Prime Minister in May 2014.Narendra Modi had visited Patna on July 25,2015 to launch several central government schemes and facilities and had addressed a political rally at Muzaffarpur in North Bihar

Narendra Modi is expected to arrive shortly after noon to address the rally and fly out of the city after it ends

There has been a war of words between Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on the DNA remark and with both sides trading charges the stage is set for a bitter and personal battle for Bihar Assembly.

After being decimated in Delhi Assembly elections, the Bihar elections is a litmus test for the Narendra Modi government and it is not taking any chances. With top leaders of the National Democratic Alliance actively involved in campaigning and reaching out to people informing various schemes, it is to seen whether it will materialise in votes
