Kevin de Briyne joins Manchester City Saturday August 29,2015

 
 The Belgian International and Wolfsburg's Kevin de Briyne has returned to the Premier League in a record-breaking deal

The deal is worth £54m as per reports which will make De Bruyne the record transfer for City beating the record set by Raheem Sterling who cost £49m. 

For Manchester City, they are buying an fantastic and talented player without doubts. 
Kevin De Bruyne is a player who can excel in all the three attacking areas behind the striker. He can play left wing, right wing, central attacking midfielder and can also play as a central midfielder if the situation asks for it.
