2015 Wimbledon Women's Doubles SF - Sania Mirza-Martina Hingis reach Wimbledon women's doubles final Friday July 10,2015

 
Sania Mirza earned herself a great opportunity to win her first ever women's doubles Grand Slam title as she and her Swiss partner Martina Hingis routed their opponents to storm into the final of Wimbledon Championships on Friday July 10,2015

The top seeded Indo-Swiss pair hammered the fifth seed Americans Raquel Kops Jones and Abigail Spears 6-1 6-2 in the lop-sided semi-final which lasted mere 56 minutes.

Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis will meet the Russian pair of  Ekaterina Makarova and Elena Vesnina in the Final

Sania Mirza has reached the final of a women's doubles Grand Slam final only second time in her career, having ended runners-up at the 2011 French Open with Russian partner Elena Vesnina where they had lost the  to Czech team of Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka.

Sania Mirza is winner of three mixed doubles Grand Slam trophies -
Australian Open (2009) and French Open (2012) with compatriot Mahesh Bhupathi and
2014 US Open with Bruno Soares (Brazil)
