2015 Wimbledon - Defending Champion Novak Djokovic(Serbia)beats Kevin Anderson(South)to reach QF's Tuesday July 07,2015

 
Defending champion Novak Djokovic pulled off the great escape at Wimbledon in beating South African Kevin Anderson 6-7(6) 6-7(6) 6-1 6-4 7-5 on Tuesday July 07,2015 to reach his 25th successive grand slam QF

 
In a match spanning two days, with the world number one Novk Djokovic losing the first two sets to 14th-seeded Kevin Anderson but back to level in fading light on Monday July 06,2015, Djokovic walked away a mightily relieved man.
"I was two sets down, to come back and win in five gives me great satisfaction and confidence for the next challenge,"Novak Djokovic said


Kevin Anderson hit a total of 40 aces in his match against Novak Djokovic, giving him a tournament total of 119.
He is only second on the Wimbledon leaderboard, however. Top of the tree is Ivo Karlovic, who lost to Andy Murray on Monday. The Croatian managed 165 aces in his four matches.
In third place is Marin Cilic, who is Djokovic's next opponent. He needs one more ace to bring up his century at SW19 in 2015
