Trayvon Bromell (19) -10th quickest Man of All-Time and Dubbed the Next Usain Bolt

 

At the USA Championships in Eugene, Oregon —– nicknamed Tracktown USA —– Trayvon Bromell is swarmed by newspaper reporters and TV crews from as far away as Japan. After running 9.84sec in the 100metres heats, the fastest time ever by a teenager, he produced another sub-10sec dash to secure a place on the team going to the World Championships in Beijing

In his heat 19-year-old Bromell ran 9.84sec, the fastest time ever recorded by a teenager

 

 

Of the five fastest men in the world — Usain Bolt, Yohan Blake, Asafa Powell, Tyson Gay and Justin Gatlin — only Blake broke 10sec before he was 20 and Bolt did not do it until he was 21.
