India's tour of Zimbabwe, which was scheduled for July, has been called off by the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) due to broadcast issues between the board and Ten Sports as well as to give players much-needed rest.
BCCI took this decision since it was in the best interest of the team that has been on the road over the last six to eight months.
Moreover, the impasse over broadcast rights didn't help matters even though Zimbabwe Cricket had announced that India will arrive July 7 for a series of three ODIs and two T20 internationals.
