Tata Motors has revealed the Nano GenX. Dealers have already started taking bookings of the car and the booking amount has been fixed at Rs. 5000.
The Nano GenX will be available in the XE, XM and XT trims
There are a whole bunch of colours on offer for the Nano GenX -
- Damson Purple
- Sangria Red
- Royal Gold
- Dazzle Blue
- Pearl White
- Meteor Silver and
- Persian Rose
Tata Motors took to Facebook to unveil the car which will make
life easier for those wanting a small car with automatic transmission.
There are no changes to the engine and the Nano GenX will be powered by
the same 624cc, 2-cylinder petrol powertrain which will be mated to an
AMT. The current Nano Twist is with manual transmission
The AMT is tuned for better fuel efficiency too and we can expect a
fuel efficiency figure of more than 20km/l
Currently,Maruti Suzuki is the only company to offer a small car with an AMT - the Alto K10.
