Narendra Modi's first election rally in J&K Saturday Nov 22,2014

Narendra Modi during an election rally in Kishtwar where he invoked Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s dream for Kashmir and asked the youth in Kashmir to turn over a new leaf
Avoiding any reference to controversial issues like Article 370 on special status to Jammu & Kashmir, Narendra Modi on Saturday invoked Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s dream for Kashmir and asked the youth in Kashmir to turn over a new leaf.
“Whatever has happened has happened… now is the time to take decisions for the new generation,” he said, while stressing on development mantra and the need to get rid of corruption, during his first election rally in the poll-bound state
“Democracy, humanity and Kashmiriyat— these words of Atal ji have made special place in the hearts of Kashmiris and have ignited a hope for a better future. I want to urge people to bring BJP with full majority and, trust my words, Modi will use all his might to fulfil the dream which Atal ji had seen for J&K,” Narendra Modi said in Kishtwar

Narendra Modi  also launched a scathing attack on NC and PDP, saying their “understanding to alternately loot” the state must stop.
“Will only two families rule in J&K, can’t other families produce leaders? You are repenting for the last 50 years… If you don’t punish the two families ruling here, they will come back resurgent,” Narendra Modi  said.
