Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe for first 3-0 Test series win

Bangladesh claimed a 3-0 Test series win for the first time with a 186-run victory over Zimbabwe in Chittagong.

It was only their third series success and seventh individual Test win since they first played Test cricket in 2000.

Zimbabwe began the final day needing a further 378 with nine wickets in hand but lost their last two in the final over before tea and were 262 all out.

Bangladesh won the 1st Test Match of the series by three wickets in Mirpur and by 162 Runs in the 2nd Test Match in Khulna.

Bangladesh won their 1st Test in 2005 at the 35th attempt when Zimbabwe were again the opponents, also in Chittagong. They went on to win that Test series 1-0
