Wisden Leading Cricketer of the Year 2013 Award



The prestigious Wisden Leading Cricketer of the Year 2013 Award went to South Africa pacer Dale Steyn. 

Dale Steyn, the fiery fast bowler put up some remarkable displays over the year, including a stunning 6/8 against Pakistan at the Wanderers in Johannesburg, and 6/100 against India on a completely unhelpful surface at Kingsmead, Durban, at the end of the year. 


In all, he took 51 wickets in 9 Tests at an average of 17.66, while in 13 ODIs,Dale Steyn took 27 wickets at 15.85 with a best of 6/39
