FIFA Bans FCBarcelona from signing players for next two years

FIFA has banned FC Barcelona from signing any players for the next two transfer windows because of rule violations.
FCB cannot buy or sell players until the summer of 2015 as FC Barcelona have been given a 14-month transfer ban by Fifa for breaking rules on signing international players under 18.

FIFA's disciplinary committee found FC Barcelona breached the rules "relating to the international transfer and registration of players under the age of 18."

FIFA also fined FC Barcelona 450,000 Swiss francs ($509,000) and gave the club 90 days "to regularise the situation of all minor players concerned."
