BJP 2nd list of 52 Candidates for the 2014 Lok Sabha Polls Announced Saturday March 08,2014


The Bharatiya Janata Party or BJP today Saturday March 08,2014 declared its second list of 52 candidates for the Lok Sabha elections, beginning April 7,2014

The bulk of the 52 nominees announced today come from Karnataka, where the party declared 20 out of the 28 seats it plans to contest.

Senior BJP leader Ananth Kumar, who read out the list at a press conference in Delhi today, has been nominated from South Bangalore against his Congress rival Nandan Nilekani.

BS Yeddyurappa, who merged his party with the BJP earlier this year, has been nominated from his stronghold Shimoga.

A total of 17seats from West Bengal, 3 from Kerala, 5 from Orissa and 2 from Tripura ,1 from Assam were declared today
