Rishang Keishing (DOB October 25,1920) is a senior politician of the Indian National Congress(INC)and presently Member of the Parliament in the Rajya Sabha representing Manipur

Rishang Keishing has also served as Chief Minister of Manipur from 1980 to 1988 and from 1994 to 1998
