Woman attacked inside ATM in Bangalore Tuesday Nov 19,2013

 Bangalore: Woman attacked with machete inside ATM, suffers severe injuries, paralysis
The 44-year-old went to use an ATM on Nov 19,2013 Tuesday morning at 7.30 A.M.when the man followed her in, pulled down the shutters and tried to rob her. when she resisted, he pulled out what looked like a gun and then a machete out of a bag and struck her repeatedly.
The ATM is on the busy LIC building junction near BBMP head office, but it was nearly three hours before the attack came to light

Three hours later,  some schoolboys noticed blood trickling out from under the shutters concealing the ATM and informed the traffic police.

The woman worked at a bank located just a few feet from the ATM where she was attacked. There were no security guards at the ATM located in the heart of Bangalore, close to a police station.

The assault on her has been captured by security cameras at the ATM located opposite the City Corporation building but the attacker who can be clearly seen, has not been identified or arrested yet.

The woman who was attacked on the head with a machete inside an ATM in Bangalore is fully conscious now, say doctors, but she has severe injuries and a plastic surgery today Nov 20,2013 will try to heal her injured nose. The right side of her body is paralyzed. It will take her months to recover, doctors said
