1)The 664-run Unbroken Partnership

February 23-25, 1988: Tendulkar, then aged 14, together with batting partner Vinod Kambli, compiles a 664-run unbroken partnership playing for his school. Their score remained the highest partnership recorded in any form of cricket until two schoolboys from Hyderabad beat it with a 721-run partnership in November 2006

2)The First Test Match Century

August 14, 1990: Aged 17 years and 112 days, Tendulkar collects his first score of 100 runs or more in a five-day test match against England. This marks him as the second-youngest centurion in test cricket history.

3) Early Signs of Greatness

February 3, 1992: In one of Tendulkar’s finest ever innings; he scores 114 runs from 161 balls for India in a test match against Australia. Former India cricket captain Sunil Gavaskar described this performance as one of Tendulkar’s greatest: “Nobody else scored any significant runs, so it was really special—the way he controlled the innings from the changing rooms.”

1996: Tendulkar is named captain of India’s team, at age 23

March 31, 2001: at Nehru stadium in Indore against Australia, he becomes the first player ever to score 10,000 runs in ODI's

6)30 Test Match Centuries

August 22-23, 2002: Scores his 30th test century during a game at Headingley, England, surpassing  Don Bradman’s score of 29 test centuries


7)Highest Run Scorer in Test Matches

October 17, 2008: Surpasses Brian Lara to become the highest run scorer in test match cricket history.


8)The Double Century in ODI 

February 24, 2010: at Captain Roop Singh Stadium  in Gwalior, India becomes first batsman to score 200 runs—a double century—in a single innings in ODI. His performance powers India to a comfortable win against South Africa.

9)The 2011 World Cup Win
 
February- April, 2011: Sachin Tendulkar himself describes the World Cup-winning moment for India “as the ultimate thing.” His batting helped secure victory—scoring 482 runs from 9 matches
