Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa said - ''a team headed by revenue secretary Gagandeep Singh Bedi, who had conducted an inquiry into violations in mining in Tuticorin, would conduct a detailed probe into alleged violations in 71 more rare earth mineral quarries in four other districts.
