ECI to Announce Soon Assembly Election Schedule in 5 States

The Election Commission is likely to announce the schedule for the Assembly polls in five States in the next few days

The Assembly Elections are due on -

• Madhya Pradesh(230 Seats)December 12,2013
• Mizoram(40 Seats)Dec 15,2013
• NCT Delhi(70 Seats)Dec 17,2013
• Rajasthan(200 Seats)Dec 31,2013 and
• Chhattisgarh(90 Seats)Jan 04,2014

The Election Commission of India(ECI), led by Chief Election Commissioner V.S. Sampath, has already visited these States to personally see the ground situation and review the poll preparedness
