The IPL Governing Council has appointed a three-member commission with
two independent members to enquire into the complaints of the BCCI
against Gurunath Meiyappan, Chennai Super Kings owners India Cements and
Rajasthan Royals owners Jaipur IPL Pvt. Ltd
The panel comprises two former high court judges -
Gurunath Meiyappan, BCCI president N Srinivasan's son-in-law, has been charged with betting, while Rajasthan Royals owners come under the probe for the involvement of their three players in spot-fixing.

- Justice T. Jayaram Chouta (former Judge of the Karnataka and Tamil Nadu High Courts)
- Justice R Balasubramanian (former Judge of the Tamil Nadu High Court)and
- Sanjay Jagdale, the BCCI secretary
