Fidel Castro votes, chats in Cuban election -Sunday Feb 3,2013

Fidel Castro voted in Cuba's general election on Sunday and chatted with well wishers and Cuban reporters in Havana for more than an hour, in his first extended public appearance since 2010.

State TV showed Fidel Castro(86) voting at a polling station where he is said to have spent up to an hour talking to other voters and the media.
