One Young World

One Young World is a Not-for-Profit Organization which provides opportunities for young adults to join in a global network of socially committed individuals with leadership potential.More countries are represented at the annual One Young World summit than any other global youth event other than the Olympics.

 Its primary activity is an annual One Young World summit which brings together the young generation’s brightest and best to ensure that their concerns, opinions and solutions are heard.

From there, they take action, driving positive change in their communities, companies and countries.

Since One Young World’s birth in 2010, there have been two summits -

•  inaugural summit took place in London, UK on Feb 8–10, 2010 and 

• the second was held in in Zürich, Switzerland Sep1–4, 2011.

The 2012 One Young World Summit will take place in Pittsburgh, Pa. USA from Oct 18–23,2012

 

 The 2013 One Young World Summit will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa.
