Time Magazine's edition dated March 26,2012 carries a cover story under the headline 'Modi means business but can he lead India?'
TheTIME magazine - which describes Modi as a 'controversial, ambitious and shrewd politician' - seeks to analyse whether the leader's prime ministerial ambition will fall prey to his alleged involvement in the 2002 Gujarat riots despite his development work in Gujarat.
The magazine suggests that Modi may pose a tough challenge to Rahul Gandhi in India's next parliamentary elections in 2014.
