Statue of Jesus,Christ The Redeemer in Rio De Janeiro(constructed between 1922 and 1931) is considered the 2nd largest statue in the world.
The statue is 39.6 metres (130 ft) tall; weighs 635 tonnes and is located at the peak of the 700-metre (2,300 ft) Corcovado Mountain.The monument was opened on 12 October 1931.
