Team India defeated Afghanistan’s team by narrowest margin of 11 runs

In the last over of the match Afghanistan required 16 runs to win but Mohammed Shami’s hat-trick, was the moment of the match 

Mohammed Shami dismissed Mohammad Nabi, Aftab Alam and Mujeeb-ur-Rahman off consecutive balls in the 50th and final over as India secured a thrilling win. Shami finished with 4 wickets for 40 runs off 9.5 overs.

This is the first hat trick taken at the 2019 CWC
